Use of heat transfer oil to be standardized

Under normal circumstances, the amount of heat transfer oil injected at one time is very large, and the cost of oil change is high. Therefore, customers should pay attention to several important links during the use of oil to ensure the service life of heat transfer oil.

1. In the actual use of heat transfer oil, the average temperature of the main fluid is measured at the outlet of the heating furnace should be at least 20 ℃ lower than its maximum applicable temperature.

2. The temperature of the heat transfer oil in the expansion tank of the heating system should generally be lower than 70°C.

3. In order to prolong the service life of heat transfer oil, the expansion tank should be closed with nitrogen.

4. When replacing the new heat transfer oil, the residual moisture grease in the system and the debris on the inner wall of the system must be completely removed, so as not to affect the heat transfer efficiency and service life of the heat transfer oil.

5. In the use process should be carefully checked. Strictly waterproof, acid, alkali and low boiling point leakage into the system, and install a filter device to prevent mechanical debris from entering, to ensure the purity of heat transfer oil.

6. The heat transfer oil in use should be tested once a year, and its replacement index is:

Carbon residue is more than 1.5%;

Acid value greater than 1.5mg KOH/g;

Flash point (closed) below 60 ℃;

40 ℃ kinematic viscosity greater than 50 mm2/s.

If two of them are unqualified, consider adding some new oil or replacing all new oil.
